Had an awesome time with friends! This luxurious hotel is in the heart of everything, with over 100 restaurants, shops, and the fascinating Aquarium of the Pacific nearby. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day exploring the beach trail for biking and hiking. Perfect place to make great memories.
One disappointing experience was the TV signal – it was very poor during our stay, which was frustrating when we wanted to relax and watch something.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot with tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The heated outdoor pool was the cherry on top after a day of exploring.
My kids wished there were more activities just for them around the pool area. It would be great for families if there were dedicated kids' programs or play areas.

A Wonderful Stay in Long Beach!
I enjoyed my 8-night stay in a comfortable room that was always clean. The amiable housekeeping staff attended to my needs promptly. The pool area was relaxing, with great bar service. For coffee, the Starbucks in the foyer provided excellent, friendly service—a perfect way to kickstart each day!

I really enjoyed the location of the Hyatt Regency in Long Beach. It’s super close to the Aquarium and a bunch of restaurants, so it was convenient for us. The room I had on the upper floor had a fantastic city view, which was a nice surprise since we didn't request it. The check-in process was smooth thanks to the mobile app. I loved that our room was ready hours before the official check-in time, which was a huge plus. The room itself was comfortable and the beds were great. The food room service offered was delicious— I especially recommend the Egg White omelette and the pancakes. One downside was the parking fee. $29 felt a bit steep for self-parking. Also, the bathroom was cramped and needed an update. There was a persistent noise from the air conditioning unit as well, which made it hard to get a peaceful night’s sleep. Despite some maintenance issues, I appreciated how clean the room was overall.

The room was quite nice with a good size, had this nice motion-sensing night light. I really liked that. The side tables were just perfect for my stuff, and the lounge chair was great for reading
It wasn't exactly cheap but still kinda acceptable for what you get.
