As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location. It was within walking distance to the piers, Aquarium of the Pacific, restaurants, and shops. The hotel also offered swan boat rides right outside, which was a unique experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely consider staying here again.
We felt so relaxed during our stay that we have no complaints at all.

The setting was absolutely perfect, short walk to which has lots of dining, and Pine Avenue. Before bed I went to Chili's for a nightcap, it's next to the hotel. Booked the king room for 2 nights, everything was really good and I appreciated property's location in a perfect area if you are here doing business at the convention center. The breakfast was good quality and delicious and had cheese and pastries!

Our stay at Hyatt was fantastic! We stayed for a few nights and had a great time. The staff were amazing, the location was perfect with everything within walking distance, and the pool and jacuzzi were relaxing. The rooms were very clean with nice carpets, and the big screen TV was a bonus. We will definitely be back!
